Scriptzol License Agreement

Scriptzol is a reputable IT firm that is known as one of the top ecommerce solution providers. We have a long history of enhancing businesses by providing digital files, software, themes, applications, and clone scripts. To raise awareness about our license policy for illegally using purchased IT products, whether scripts, applications, or digital files, on single or multiple websites or domains for the same/different business platforms, we need to share some of the license policies with you, which should be followed while you are doing business with us or after that.

Grant Of License

  • Scriptzol License Grant Licensor Hereby Grants To Licensee, And Licensee Hereby Accepts The Worldwide, Non-Exclusive, Perpetual, Royalty-Free Rights And Licenses.

  • The Right And License To Use And Incorporate The Software, In Whole Or In Part, To Develop Its Website/Mobile App (Including The Integration Of All Or Part Of The Licensor's Software Into The Licensee's Own Software) On One Domain Solely For The Licensee's Personal Or Business Use. The License, However, Does Not Allow The Licensee To Compile, Copy, Or Distribute The Aforementioned Software Or Its Derivative Works.

  • The Right And License Do Not Permit The Licensee To Make Backup Or Archival Copies Of The Software, Source Code, Or Documentation.

Distribution
  • If The Need To Transfer A License To A Third Party Arises, The Customer Must Send A Written Request To Scriptzol Specifying The Account Email From Which The Transfer Is Requested, The List Of Domains That Are Associated With The Licenses That Are To Be Transferred, Along With The Order ID And The Date The Order Was Completed, The Reason For The Transfer, And The Account Email To Which The Transfer Is Requested.

  • Scriptzol Will Send A Corresponding Email Notification To Both Account Emails Asking For Their Written Consent.

  • The Transfer Cannot Go Through If One Or More Account Emails Don't Give Their Consent.

  • Scriptzol Reserves The Right To Reject The License Transfer Without Providing Additional Justification.

  • When Once Changed The License To A New Domain From An Older One As Received From The Customer's Request, Never Put It Back Again On The Previous Domain Since Its License For The Same Was Already Canceled By Scriptzol.

Compliance with Applicable Laws

You must follow all applicable laws when using software, extensions, and clone script products. Copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties, protect Scriptzol software and a portion of it. As a result, the customer must treat the software like any other copyrighted material. Any activity that violates copyright law will be prosecuted in accordance with current legislation. We reserve the right to revoke any user's license who has an invalid license.

Subject to the Licensee's payment obligations, this agreement shall begin on the date the Licensee pays the Licensor for the Software and shall continue until terminated by either party.

If you continue to use Scriptzol Software after being notified that your license has been terminated, you agree to accept an injunction to prevent further use and to pay all costs (including but not limited to reasonable attorney fees) to enforce our revocation of your license and any damages suffered by us as a result of your misuse of the Software. We are not required to refund the amount paid for the Software if this License is terminated.

Limitation of Liability

The Licensor will not be liable to the Licensee or any other person for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with the Software, whether in contract, warranty, tort, or otherwise (including negligence, software liability, any type of civil responsibility, or other theory or otherwise)

Furthermore, at any time or under any circumstances, the Licensor's aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby will not exceed the total amounts received by the Licensor from the Licensee in connection with the particular software giving rise to the claim.
