Customers have the right to request a refund within 30 days after an order has been placed. The refund policy applies only in case the extension to be refunded has been purchased at the Scriptzol website.

Refunds do not include any additional features or software conflicts.

Customers must provide server access [GIT or FTP details] in the event of theme or template incompatibility, and we will ensure that our modules/plugins/extensions are fully compatible with Scriptzol extensions.
